H2HBench Editorial Policy

Data provenance, scoring, corrections and automated content on H2HBench.

Editorial principles

Comparisons distinguish measured evidence from calculated indices. A technical score is not a user review, and missing data is not replaced with a fictional test, reviewer or source. An individually reviewed comparison identifies the recorded reviewer and review date; otherwise it states that no review is recorded.

Data independence and scoring

The current comparison score is computed from catalog data using the published model. Advertising and affiliate fields are not inputs to that formula. A higher score is conditional on this model and does not establish that a product is best for every workload.

Affiliate links

Retail links, where present, are separate from the hardware score. Their presence is not proof that the displayed price or stock remains current. An individual commercial relationship should be disclosed on the relevant placement; this page does not assert relationships that are not recorded.

AI and automation

The application supports automated data imports, translations and AI comparison explanations. An automated explanation is not a new benchmark and does not prove field-level verification. The evidence system uses stored provenance and verification status rather than treating generated wording as proof.

Corrections

Readers can submit a data issue from the comparison. Reports are stored for review; submitting a report does not automatically change scores or mark the report resolved. See the corrections policy for the workflow.
